A Super Bowl Bar Guide Because You're Not Invited to my Moms

This Sunday I'm headed to my parents' house to watch the Super Bowl, drink beer, and eat chili cream cheese dip. Unfortunately, you didn't make the guest list. Since you're not invited to my mom's I took the time to put together your North Seattle Super Bowl Bar Guide. You can all thank me later. If you're cool like me and have a party to go to, don't be that smuck who doesn't bring anything. Pick up a growler at the Beer Authority on your way to the party.

Lake City - Pinehurst

Stop by The Beer Authority (12716 Lake City Way Seattle 98125) for Super Bowl. They're serving up chili all day long. Don't like chili, Barry will have local takeout menus available to for you to order some grub. If you haven't had a drink at the Beer Authority this is the perfect time to check it out.

The Rimrock's (12322 Lake City Way Seattle 98125) is my favorite place to drink when I want to forget what time it is and waste the day away. You're bound to find people drinking at this bar anytime of the day.  Bored with the game? Between the commercials there's plenty of people watching to be had.

I've never been into the Pinehurst Pub (11753 15th Ave Seattle 98125) but they assured me that it's the best place in all of Pinehurst to watch the game.

Wedgwood - Roosevelt - Maple Leaf

At the Reservoir Tavern (8509 Roosevelt Way NE 98115) you'll find happy hour priced appetizers all day. Cooper's (8065 Lake City Way NE 98115), Fiddler's Inn (9219 35th Ave NE 98115) and Wedgwood Broilers (8230 35th Ave NE St 98115) will also have the game on. If you want to escape the football madness the Wedgwood Alehouse (8515 35th Ave NE 98115) promises to provide respite. Their TV is too small to attract any football fans.

Super Bowl
The Beer Authority just keeps on getting better doesn't it?
Also the Pinehurst Pub is just the right sort of Pub. You'll have to make a night out of it sometime.

Claire's - no kidding
I just had to note that I was at Claire's pantry this morning for the first time and saw that they have a bar, and were planning some bowls festivities too. I kid not. A local pub crawl may just be in order.

I've never made it back to their bar but I've always wanted to. Lake City Pub Crawl's are the best!
